Cancellation & Refund Policy For Local products

  1. Any Order for Local Products is subject to cancellation by us for the following reasons:
    i. Non -availability of stock,
    ii. Shipping address is not serviceable or You have provided incorrect and insufficient contact information or delivery address information.
    iii. Error in pricing of product/or defect in quality of the product and its information.
    iv. Order cannot be shipped due to force majeur reasons.
  2. A customer can cancel their Order for Local Products by contacting us through our customer care number as provided on the www.gaticonnect.com . Cancellation of an Order for Local Products by a customer can be done only if the Order has not been shipped.
  3. The Refund for purchases of Local Products are subject to the terms and conditions of Gati Connect’s Return Policy .
  4. An Order for Local Products made under the Credit Card or Debit Card payment options, and where a Refund is authorized, the Refund amount shall be credited back to the card account that was used for the original Order transaction within 30 working days from the date of intimation.
  5. Gati Connect shall not be responsible for any delays in refund on the payment made by credit/debit cards once the refund transaction is passed to the card issuer.
  6. An Order for Local Products made under the COD payment option, and where a Refund is Authorized, the Refund amount shall be paid through Cheque in the name of the customer or by a Gati Connect voucher for an equivalent amount.

  1. Any Order for Imports is subject to cancellation by us for the following reasons:
    i. Shipping address is not serviceable or You have provided incorrect and insufficient contact information or delivery address information.
    ii. Error in pricing of product/or defect in quality of the product and its information.
    iii. Order cannot be shipped due to Force Majeur reasons.
  2. Customer cannot cancel the Order for Imports customer placed on www.gaticonnect.com website.
  3. The Refund for purchases of Imports are subject to the terms and conditions of Gati Connect’s Return Policy for Imports.
  4. For an Order for Imports made under the Credit Card or Debit Card payment options, and where a Refund is authorized, the Refund amount shall be credited back to the card account that was used for the original Order transaction within 30 working days from the date of intimation.
