Return Policy

Retrun Policy For Local products

  1. Upon delivery, in case the product delivered is different ( includes, different product, difference in colour, or size ) from what was Ordered, or is damaged, the delivery should be rejected and the same should be informed to our customer care immediately.
  2. If You check the parcel after delivery any difference in product, colour, size or product damage, must be notified to Gati Connect by the same time of delivery on the next working day. Gati Connect or the Vendor will contact you to agree resolution and will then arrange to pick up the Order if required.
  3. The Vendor will determine in discussion with you if the product will be replaced or if a refund is authorized.
  4. Items must be returned in original packing.
  5. We will not be able to accept the return of products if product is used/worn or altered, and if returned without proper packaging pricing and tags. Original Tags, Labels, Barcodes ,Products and brand packing should not be tampered.
  6. Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement unless specifically sold with a product warranty supported by the Vendor. Product warranty and limited warranty periods are provided on individual product detail pages where available.
  7. Personal items including Inner wear, Lingerie, Fragrances, Beauty products, perishable / edible products and Jewelry are excluded due to hygiene and health reasons.
  8. Return/ exchange of the products shall be at the sole discretion of the Vendor.
  9. Once a product returned is received by Gati Connect, the process for replacing and delivering the product shall take around 10-12 working days.
  10. Refund of amount shall be as per Gati Connect’s Cancellation & Refund Policy for Local Products.

Return Policy For Imports

  6. Import products sold through Gati Connect may be returned on the basis of product and manufacturing defect for a period of 15 days from delivery where not covered by manufacturer’s Product warranty.
  7. Import items covered under manufacturer’s product warranty can be returned on the authorization of the vendor.
